As the Marketing Manager for our fast growing business; You’ll be pivotal in coordinating our marketing efforts across New Zealand and Australia; ensuring a consistent brand voice across markets.

THE ROLE

Seed Solutions Executive

Drive growth through strategic, consultative sales in a business reshaping the future of oil palm agriculture.

Key Area #1

Consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and guide decision-makers to close deals that deliver long-term value.

Key Area #2

Build and maintain trusted relationships with plantation owners, estate managers, and procurement teams to drive repeat business and position Verdant as a long-term agronomic partner.

Key Area #3

Take full responsibility for meeting sales targets by identifying new leads, managing the full sales cycle, and using CRM tools to stay on top of customer growth and pipeline performance.

Experience You
Will Bring To The Team

01

Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Biotechnology, or Business with an agricultural focus . 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in agriculture.

02

Experience within the agricultural segment, preferably in oil palm plantations, with productivity metrics like FFB and OER.

03

You've built trusted relationships within the agricultural segment, and with growers, estate managers, co-ops and government agencies.

04

You can clearly explain the value of our products and services, whether it's seed performance, ROI or agronomy solutions.

05

You're familiar with a consultative sales approach and experienced in the use of CRM tools to manage leads, forecast pipelines and track performance.
